Clinic Policies

Dear Patients,

Please review the following policies:

  • 24hr Cancellation Policy - We require 24hrs notice of cancellation to ensure we are able to fill the space. *** Any late cancellations or no-showed appointments will incur a 50% treatment cost fee.***

  • Sickness Policy - Do not attend appointments if you are sick or exhibiting any cold or flu-like symptoms. These symptoms include sore throat, fever, cough, loss of taste/smell, sneezing, runny nose, vomiting, diarrhea, lethargy or any general malaise.  We will NOT be enforcing late cancellation fees under these circumstances UNLESS under 2hrs notice is given.

  • Arrival Policy - Please arrive no more than 5-10 minutes prior to your treatment time.

  • Late For Service Policy - Out of respect for our other patients, we will work with in the remaining time allotted for your session.

  • Washroom Policy - Please remember to use the washroom prior to your session. We share common washrooms with other businesses on our floor and the doors are kept locked, there are keys hanging up at our front desk.

  • Mask Policy - are no longer required. You may be asked to wear one if you are over 5 days since COVID 19 positive test or other cold & flu and have light lingering symptoms. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is available at our front desk. If it is your preference is to wear a mask throughout your treatment and want your practitioner to do so as well; let us know and we will also happily don a mask.

  • Sanitizing Policy - Each practitioner will be cleaning and sanitizing their treatment room and all door handles after each treatment using approved cleaning methods and equipment. Front desk staff will also be sanitizing the reception and waiting area daily.

  • Wellness Screening Policy - One day prior to your appointment, our office will reach out to you to complete a Wellness Self-Assessment Questionnaire as a pre-screening for your appointment.
